AIM APPROACH
Staying abreast of the ever-changing telecommunications industry is no small task.
Companies, large and small, typically do not have the time or resources available
to proactively track every detail involved in their telecom expenditures.
This often can result in lost opportunities for significant cost savings.
TBMS has developed a three-phased approach:
The AIM Approach (Assessment, Implementation and
Management) to help companies better manage their telecom
expenditures. This comprehensive and proven approach assists our
clients in significantly reducing telecom costs, improving
management processes and maximizing overall company profits
through the life-cycle management of their telecommunications bills,
contracts and provisioning services.

Phase 1--Assessment (Inventory, Discovery and Recommendation)

PHASE 1 - ASSESSMENT (INVENTORY, DISCOVERY AND RECOMMENDATION)
TBMS delivers immediate value to your company by providing a comprehensive inventory of
ALL telecommunication services and contracts existing today. During Phase 1, TBMS will
complete an analysis of voice and data bills with services broken down into individual
components, i.e. long distance, local, cellular, paging, Interstate, Intrastate, IntraLATA,
Access/Port/PVC, CIR, etc. We review all contracts to understand commitment levels and rates
per service type. This review will determine the degree to which the commitments are being met.
TBMS will document all findings and make recommendations for optimizing services and
obtaining potential cost savings. These recommendations will cover all appropriate service types including
voice, data, Internet, wireless, calling cards and conferencing services.

gain access to corporate standards, equipment and rate plans and various other features designed
to complete a "cradle-to-grave" approach to your telecom procurement. Upon completion of Phases 1 and 2, TBMS will
recommend those services that best fit your environment and business needs.

INDUSTRY QUOTE
"Bill management can provide additional savings of five
to seven percent annually. . . Bill auditors save money by
reviewing current billing data and correcting errors, and
they also recover compensation from historical billing errors.
They produce detailed management reports for cost management. . . and they identify
trends and provide a benchmark for negotiations."
